It is often occurred a situation where customer is more interested to focus on business management and/or high level technical expertise during the rolling out of a network.
GSI understand the situation, hence developed a service called Project Management service, to help our customer to manage their project accordingly. This project management is not only involved during the project execution but also since project initiation, if customer allowed.
Having this service in place will help customer a lot so that customer can put more focus on the marketing/business & end-user management. GSI will refer to global practice standard on the project management as mentioned in Project Management Institute, or specific project management process that customer has.
